Sam is the founder of Maralan Law, P.C. For the past decade, Sam has approached his role as more than just a litigator – he takes pride in being the trusted advisory to his clients no matter the issue.  After spending years working for both smaller boutique and national firms, he started this firm with the understanding that a small, highly focused law practice will provide more effective and cost-efficient results for his clients. 

Sam brings extensive experience in representing a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals to global companies. Focusing on business litigation, he manages cases involving shareholder and partnership disputes, contracts, corporate law, employment law, franchise law, fraud, real estate, securities law, and unfair competition.
